I really feel that Fusion Homes layout is extremely bad and even worse maintenance service from the worst builder. I was in touch with the builder as I wanted to buy a flat here but they are selling inferior quality flats for more money. The builder is taking advantage of the registration being open in the project. Fusion Home possession status is ready to move and I have a few acquaintances who moved in there some time back. They tell me that due to seepage problems in every tower, the condition of the towers worsened within 2-3 years of delivery. There is no scope for Fusion Home resale at all. And I have also noticed that since no one uses the stairs, low-quality tiles are used starting on the third story. Even lifts are not kept up-to-date and they do not even have security inspection certificates as well. Electrical, wire, and fire shafts are constantly susceptible to accidents. These are just a few of the Fusion Home Noida Extension complaints I have encountered personally.
