Siddharth Vihar in Ghaziabad is located near NH 24. It is adjacent to one of the top localities - Indirapuram. The infrastructure is already amazing at Siddharth Vihar and has a 75-meter wide road that connects to the FNG expressway. With a population of more than 2 lakh people, Siddharth Vihar has great potential for residential real estate development. It is expected that, with the Link Road coming up, there would be seamless connectivity on both sides between NH - 24 and NH - 58. Apart from this, it is just 10 mins drive away from Delhi, 3 km from Ghaziabad railway station, 45 mins from IGI airport and 10 mins from Noida. It also has great connectivity to other parts of NCR. In addition, there are schools, malls, hospitals and other essential as well as non-essential establishments in close proximity. Siddharth Vihar area is already quite developed and with several new investments, there will be an improvement periodically.

Property rates within Delhi were beyond my budget and that is why I had to look beyond the Capital. I decided to invest in a property in Siddharth Vihar as this micro-market in Ghaziabad isn’t only "more affordable" than Vaishali, Indirapuram, and Noida, but has excellent connectivity to the national capital. I am planning to buy an apartment in T Homes. Some other good Siddharth Vihar projects are Prateek Grand City, Ganga Yamuna Hindon Apartments, and Eutopia.

It is located on National Highway – 24 and is only a couple of minutes' drive away from Ghaziabad Railway Station and Noida City Centre. Best of all? Connaught Place is around half an hour away from this project.
