Hey Friend

Are you asking how to get refund in pagdi system? If this is your query then I feel you cannot get rent money refunded. You have paid this money to your landlord and you have stayed in the rented place under pagdi system since 12 years. However, you can sell the property under pagdi system and you can get a share from it.
