Hi there,

It's better to call the BBMP office or visit the BBMP website to check the status of Khata. Nowadays, you can obtain E- Khata and track down the status of E- Khata online. But I would also suggest you wait and have a little patience since it takes a good amount of time to transfer the Khata. You can also visit the Sakala website to check the status of your E- Khata.
