    : Dispose of debris in an approved plot.

    : Consider residents’ safety when moving construction materials in and out of your flat.

  8. Local Authority Approval

    : Obtain approval from the local authority for any changes or additions in your flat.

    : Keep your apartment and premises clean after completing renovation work.

Don’ts:

  1. Structural Changes

    : Avoid changing the existing horizontal or vertical dimensions of the structure.

  2. Leakage Risk

    : Do not alter bathroom/WC/kitchen sink locations in a way that could cause leakage to residents below.

    : Refrain from replacing or removing any load-bearing walls.

  7. No Alterations Without Consent

    : Do not make alterations or additions to your flat without obtaining consent from the society.
