Hey there friend,

I see you are looking for information regarding the name change of the property owner. You can apply for a conveyance deed. Usually, a conveyance deed  is executed to transfer title from one person to another. On a stamp paper, get the conveyance deed drafted and then verified by the registrar.  Final approval will be given by the registrar at the sub registrar office. The property will then have your name as the owner.
