If not done correctly, your land can fall in the benami category. Here I will tell you exactly how to get pattadar passbook in Telangana. Unfortunately, the process has not been moved to an online portal yet. So it is not possible for you to know the steps for pattadar passbook download. However, here is an alternative to get pattadar passbook details.

Pattadar passbook download Telangana is not possible yet. But you can visit the SRO office or talk to the revenue record officer to get a copy of the pattadar. The pattadar duplicate copy application is available online. You will have to submit the application along with a few documents. The Tahsildar will cross check your application and details shared along with it and if everything goes well, the pattadar passbook is issued. You will get the pattadar passbook offline via courier.
