The Real Estate Regulatory Authority or RERA registration is done to promote transparency of contracts and ensure benefits to all parties involved. The registration is done state-wise and hence the process varies from state to state. 

The registration can be initiated online by 

• Applying from the official website of the state. 

• Relevant documents are required to be submitted by the real estate agents and promoters along with the registration application to RERA or Regulating Authority of the state in which registration is applied for.

• Pay registration fee which also varies from state to state. The promoter registration fee and real estate agent registration fee are also different.
