As part of the larger e-Khata initiative to improve transparency in real estate transactions, the Karnataka government launched the E-Aasthi digital platform to streamline property-related services, such as E Aasthi search property by name. Additionally, E-Aasthi provides a unique electronic property ID (e-PID) to each property, guaranteeing accurate and dependable data management.
How to View Your Property Listing on E-AASTHI?
The steps that need to be followed are as follows,
To access
https://www.bbmpeaasthi.karnataka.gov.in/, you must enter your phone number and the one-time password that you receive on your phone.
After login in, select the "Get e-khata" option to view the ward and zone list.
To view the list of properties, click on your ward. Then, you might use "property ID" or "owner name" to look for your property. In this context, "property ID" refers to the e-property ID—rather than the property's current PID—that would be generated in the e-khata.
Therefore, your only choice if you are visiting the website for the first time is to search by "owner name." Previously, the search could be conducted using a number of alternatives, including the SAS application number; however, they have been eliminated.
You can also browse the property list if searching by "owner name" yields no results. It will be simpler to locate your name once you have chosen the ward name, because all the property owners in the ward will be listed alphabetically.
You can use the "property ID" search option if you have already downloaded your e-khata and would like to view your property listing once again.
Hope these steps help you!
