To correct the name spelling in a newly issued BDA e-Khata for a plot in Bangalore, you can apply for a name correction by submitting an application to the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA)

. You can apply for a new e-Khata on the Seva Sindhu website. The following documents are required to be submitted along with the application:

  1. Allotment Letter

  2. Lease Cum Sale Deed /Sale Deed

  3. Latest Tax Paid Receipt

  4. Latest Khata Certificate and Extract

  5. Encumbrance Certificate
