I believe people must check the name of the owner of a property after he or she purchases one or sells one. My uncle bought a property and almost after two months his name got shown as the owner but what if it had taken more time? In fact, properties get sold to several people so do try to check the owner's details online as soon as possible.  Recently a friend asked me how to check BDA site owner details online and it seemed most of my friends did not know it. I got to know about it from my uncle so I was able to tell you the process which I will be glad to share here as well. Hey,

Many people are saying that they are not getting the owner details on the BDA website. If you want to know the property owner details in Bangalore, then go to the Bhoomi website (

https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/Service84/

). After that, tap on ‘For citizen’ and then on ‘View RTC and MR’. Now, you will have to fill in details like Survey Number, Village, Taulak, etc. and the property and owner details will appear on the page.
