I don’t think there’s anything quite like mineral buildup on the shower head to make taking a shower less appealing. I was facing the same issue. The rest of my bathroom was looking clean and beautiful but those white patches were making the shower look shabby. Then, I remembered how clean my father’s shower head always looks. Best Way to Clean Shower HeadThe first step includes removing the showerhead from the hose. Keep the rubber washer safely.
Keep the showerhead in a plastic container or small bucket filled with white vinegar.
Allow it to soak in the vinegar for 30-60 minutes. Make sure to not leave brass shower heads in vinegar for more than half an hour.
Remove the showerhead from the container or bucket and rinse it with water.
Use an old toothbrush to remove any remaining limescale.
Rinse the showerhead with water again and clean it using a soft cloth.
Reattach the hose and turn the shower on to remove any remaining limescale

Process to Clean Fixed Showerheads:Pick a plastic bag that fits over your showerhead and half fill it with vinegar.
Put it over the showerhead until it’s entirely submerged in the vinegar, using an elastic band or string to secure it in place.
Allow it to soak in the vinegar for 30-60 minutes. Make sure to not leave brass shower heads in vinegar for more than half an hour.
Turn the shower on to flush out any remaining particles left inside the head.
Repeat the process if required until the limescale completely disappears.s
