Reliability: All internet services have downtime, and that is inevitable. ACT has the lowest downtime out of all internet service providers.
Customer Service: The customer service of ACT is very responsive. I call them for any issue, and they get it fixed right away.
Disadvantages
Pricing: Their plans are high priced compared to the other services that I have used so far.
Availability: Their services are not available everywhere in Hyderabad. I was lucky that it was available in my area.
