Since my husband and I are planning to move to a new house, we visited the project last week and would like to give you an honest Brigade Utopia review here. I mostly loved it for its location amid the lush green open space that is 80% covered by plants. Brigade Utopia price for the apartments starts from about Rs 65 Lacs. However the facilities one can get is also great compared to the price which are:

My experience was actually good but yes, I would also like to share that a friend of mine had paid 50% of the amount but is yet to have a site visit. She has not even got the handover documents as well so I would suggest that you better discuss these things with the officials there and then only go for any payments.
