Size of the Property: According to him, the properties which have huge carpet areas require more manpower and thus more time is needed to clean them up.
Type of Cleaning: When it comes to cleaning, there are two types of cleaning, Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning. He told me that sometimes, people just look for the basic cleaning that includes vacuuming and wiping things down, this would take the amount of time mentioned above. But in case of a deep cleaning the time would drastically increase as that would need to make the home look tidy and remove all sorts of dirt, dust, cobwebs, and residue.
