For my home, the professional team took only 5 hours to pack everything and load it into the truck. Packing itself was done in about 3 hours, and shifting items from the 3rd floor to the truck took another 2 hours.
While working, they also shared an estimate: for a 1BHK it usually takes 4 to 6 hours, for a 3BHK around 6 to 9 hours, and for a 4BHK it can take even longer, especially if there is a lot of stuff at home; otherwise, they finish the basic things in about some hours.

- Have the right supplies on hand
He said that before I start, I need to ensure to have quite a lot of packing paper, tape, and boxes. This will save a lot of time.
- Handle items only once
According to him, when in a hurry, touching items more than once should be avoided. He suggested having bins ready for trash, donating and selling piles and using them accordingly.
- Focus on one room at a time
He told me that it’s more efficient to pack one room at a time over bouncing around the house.
- Hire professional
He suggested that the thing here would be to leave all this to the professional packers. He said for his moving needs he has used
