I bought a plot in 2009 in Delhi. We had done that to build our own house in the upcoming years. In 2022, we finally built a 2 BHK house and moved in just a few months back. To do so, I contacted a lot of people and did my own research regarding the 2 bedroom house cost to build.

While for Pune, this range is between 26.85 lakh to 37.05 lakh rupees.
