One of the most sought-after places to reside in is Mumbai, the financial centre of India. The city is highly known for its impressive municipal amenities, well-developed social infrastructure, and a sea of employment prospects for those coming to invest in Mumbai, drawing visitors from all over the world. Mumbai was my dream city to dwell in. Hence, I decided to buy a villa in Mumbai and stay there after my retirement. Therefore, I embarked on my journey to discover, how much does a villa cost in Mumbai.
I’d like to provide 2 important factors that will affect the cost of villa in Mumbai;
- Location:
Whether a house is for sale or rent, location has an impact on its pricing. The target market, average demand, and base rental rate will all be impacted by the neighbourhood. Homes in wealthy neighbourhoods, such as those near the beach or in the city centre, are more likely to sell for more money.
- Property’s Features and Facilities:
The price of a villa is influenced by its size. The number of bedrooms, the size of the living space, and the overall square footage are some of the variables that affect the price. We also considered how well the furnishings and finishes were made, the colour scheme, and how recently the house had either been occupied or repaired.
I’d like to share a few localities in Mumbai where you can buy your villa and stay peacefully;- Bandra Bandstand:
Bandra is undoubtedly one of the trendiest places in Mumbai. It is home to the rich and famous. Literally above everything, the area is free of noise and pollution and enjoys a refreshing sea wind. The average property price of a 3 BHK configuration is around Rs. 8,000,000.
