We bought a 3 acre land last year and have not yet decided what to do with it. Whether to make another house there for living or renting, or to plant trees and have our own garden for ourselves. We basically bought it as an asset and are thus not willing to sell it in the near future as well. Recently, a friend of my father, who is a land developer, has asked him to give his land to him so that he can develop it and put it to some use. We had no idea how much to develop land per acre.
