Bangalore Development Authority has been in the inception since 1976. With an aim to provide housing of different configurations at an affordable price, the BDA offers sites and flats. •  To obtain the BDA Sites application you will have to visit the nearest bank from the list below and demand BDA sites application form 

1. Axis Bank

2. Punjab & Sind Bank

3. ICICI Bank

4. Canara Bank

5. Corporation Bank

6. State Bank of Mysore

• Fill the application form and submit it in the same branch from which you have obtained it

• Submit the id proof such as Aadhaar card, and PAN Card.

• To submit the application fee, you will have to make a DD or cheque

• The provisional list for site allotment will be uploaded on the official website followed by a final list

• The remaining fee must be paid within 60 days of the announcement of allotment

• 6×9 dimension sites for EWS reserved sites: Rs. 500

• 6×9 dimension sites for General Category: Rs. 1,000

• 9×12 dimension sites for all category of candidates: Rs. 2,000

• 12×18 dimension sites for all category of candidates: Rs. 4,000

• 15×24 dimension sites for all category of candidates: Rs. 5,000

BDA Site Registration Process

Although requesting BDA sites can be a difficult procedure, but with the correct direction, it can be easy. 

• You must inquire about the BDA sites application form once you reach the nearest banks like Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Canara Bank, and so on as listed by Pankaj. 

• Now, the application form must be filled out and submitted to the same branch.

• Don’t forget to submit your identity proof with the form, such as an Aadhar card or PAN card. 

• Demand Draft, Cheque, or Money Order should be used to do all the payments to Bangalore Development Authority.

• On the official website, a provisional list for site allocation will be posted, subsequently followed by a final list. 

The successful allottees must pay the outstanding balance according to BDA regulations within 60 days. To improve your probability of success, it is advised to adhere to the BDA's guidelines. I hope you got an understanding of BDA site allotment procedure.
