How to Apply E Swathu Online?

portal. From this portal, you can create Forms 9 and 11.

After the forms are completed and sent to the relevant Gram panchayat secretary, the secretary can view the forms that are awaiting verification with them by logging in. Following an application verification, they will send it for amendment or forward it to the Panchayat Development Officer (PDO).
