The scheme provides low-cost houses through a lottery system based on a person's income. Recently MHADA announced that 8205 housing is offered by the Konkan Board housing for 2021 lottery scheme.

You need to create your "User name" and register for the MHADA lottery.
Mention all the information including family name, income, pan card number, date of birth, marital status, gender, address, mobile number, etc.
After submitting the details, create the login
Now login using the credential which is provided.
Select the lottery scheme option suitable for you.
Lastly, you have to pay for the lottery via NEFT or RTGS.
You must be above the age of 18 years if you are applying for the MHADA lottery scheme.
Pan card is required.
A domicile certificate of the applicant is required.
You can apply for LIG flats if you earn Rs. 25,001 to 50,000 per month.
You can apply for MIG flats if you earn Rs. 50,001 to Rs. 75,000 per month.
You can apply for MIG flats if you earn Rs 75,001 or above per month.
