1. Go to the

2. You will find three types of home loans there: Home loans under the Subhagruha scheme, the TakeOver scheme and the Gharonda Scheme (PMAY).

3. Click the Apply Now button for the home loan you want to apply for. Choose your customer income type and the customer type.

4. If you are an existing IOB customer, you will be asked to share the SB Account Number. Otherwise, you can move on to the next steps where you will be asked your mobile number, Captcha and to agree with the terms and conditions.

5. Enter the OTP sent on your mobile device and then you will be asked to fill out a detailed application form for the home loan.

6. After filling out and submitting the form, you can download the loan sanction.
