Employee Pension Scheme is a social security programme run by the Employee Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) (EPS). Employees in the organised sector who retire at the age of 58 are eligible for this scheme, which allows them to receive a pension.
The basic form to file for claiming benefits under the employee pension programme is Form 10C. EPF funds and EPS funds are two types of contributions provided by your employer to your PF account. Form 10C can be used to withdraw the portion of your employer's payment that goes into the EPS programme.

Use your Universal Account Number (UAN) and password to access the UAN member portal
Click the 'Online Services' tab in the top navigation bar
Select Claim Forms 10C, 19, and 31 from the dropdown menu
You'll be taken to the next page after that. Your member information, service information, and KYC information may all be found here
Select 'continue online claim' from the drop-down menu
You will be taken to the Claims section of the website. You'll find information like your PAN number, mobile number, and UAN number here
Choose between a 'withdraw PF only' or a 'withdraw pension only' claim
Fill out the claim form completely
An OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number after you finish filling out the form. Fill in the blanks on your form with this information. The withdrawal procedure is started
An SMS notice is delivered to your registered mobile number upon successful completion of the claim form
Once the claim is processed successfully, the desired amount is paid to your bank account
