• You can call on 7718955555 to book your LPG gas.

• The IVR system supports English, Hindi and local languages. To select, press 1, 2 or the relevant number for your local language.

• If your phone number is not registered, enter the 16-digit LPG ID. After selecting your language, you can find this number on your Indane LPG invoices. Next, verify your identity by providing the last four digits of your aadhar number or subscription number.

• Your phone number will be registered post confirmation. Allowing you to continue with the refill booking.

• On confirming your LPG ID, you will receive system generated prompts for refill booking and other services. Press 1 for refill booking. After booking you will receive a booking reference number and a confirmation SMS.

IndianOil One Mobile App

• Download the

  IndianOil One app

  and register by entering your email id and other information.

• Click on the refill booking option in the app.

• You will be asked to enter the 16-digit LPG ID.

• Next, enter the four digits of your subscription number or aadhar number for verifying your identity.

• Follow the prompts for your refill booking.

• You will get a confirmation notification in the app or message via email, if registered.
