  • While purchasing property online check out the property possession documents such as encumbrance certificate, a title deed, sale deed, and previous tax receipt. Ensure that all the due of the property are paid. 

  • Make sure that the property is properly registered in your name and then only make full payment to the owner. 

  • Hire a lawyer and run due diligence before purchasing property online.
