The process of purchasing land in NoBroker is rather very easy. I have added the steps that I had followed and you can follow the same to buy land in Pune.
Go to the

Select Buy and then choose the City as Pune.
Now, enter three localities in Pune where you want to buy land.
Click on Search.
Now, if required, you can set the price range and the plot area that you are looking for.
Choose the plot that you like and click on Get Owner Details.

Clicked on the search button
This provided me with a list of plot, and owner details
