So the rental yield from your property would range between Rs 7,5000 and Rs 10,5000 per year and this means, monthly it would be between Rs 6250 to Rs 8750.
Now depending on the demand and supply of the property in your area, the rent might be a little higher or lower. However, it is usually between 2.5% to 3.5% of your current property price.
