You can follow the below process to download TDS statement:

  • Visit the URL

    http://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home

    to access the income tax e-filing system.

  • Use your log-in information to access the e-filing portal.

  • Choose the 'View Filed TDS' option under the 'TDS' tab.

  • Choose the financial year, form name, and a quarter for which the TDS statement was uploaded from the dropdown option. Then click on the 'View Details’ button.

  • The TDS statement's specifics will be visible. 

  • The 'Status' column will read 'Uploaded' once the TDS statement has been uploaded. The status after validation will either be "Accepted" or "Rejected."

  • The final decision will appear on the website within twenty-four hours of the upload.

  • The reasons for rejecting the statement will be stated if it is. 

  • Click the token number to discover the reasons for rejection.

  • Click on the token number to view the acknowledgement information for the uploaded TDS statement if the status is "Accepted."
