You can follow the below process to download TDS statement:
Visit the URL
http://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home
to access the income tax e-filing system.
Use your log-in information to access the e-filing portal.
Choose the 'View Filed TDS' option under the 'TDS' tab.
Choose the financial year, form name, and a quarter for which the TDS statement was uploaded from the dropdown option. Then click on the 'View Details’ button.
The TDS statement's specifics will be visible.
The 'Status' column will read 'Uploaded' once the TDS statement has been uploaded. The status after validation will either be "Accepted" or "Rejected."
The final decision will appear on the website within twenty-four hours of the upload.
The reasons for rejecting the statement will be stated if it is.
Click the token number to discover the reasons for rejection.
Click on the token number to view the acknowledgement information for the uploaded TDS statement if the status is "Accepted."
