• This is your main weapon! You will have to head to the EPFO Grievance Portal:

• Choose your status from ‘PF Member’, EPS Pensioner’, ‘Employer’, and ‘Others’.

• Choose ‘PF Member’ as your status.

• Then if you have a claim ID then click on ‘Yes’ and if you don’t have a claim ID then click on ‘No’.

• If you choose ‘No’, then you will have to enter your UAN number and the security code to register your grievance.

• If you choose ‘Yes’, then you will have to enter UAN Number, Claim Number, Claim Date, and choose if it is a Covid Claim or not.

• Then click on ‘submit’ to register your grievance.

• After you register, in the "Category" section, select "PF Withdrawal."

• Briefly explain your situation in the "Description" box.
