You should go to the closest Aadhar Enrolment Centre. Using the State or Postal (PIN) code, you can find a local center at

Ask for the Aadhar Correction Form.
Include your mobile number in the form along with all other necessary details.
Verify the information once again, then hand the form to the Aadhaar executive. It's free to do this. However, Rs 100 will be charged for a biometric update.
You would receive a slip from the executive that contained the Update Request Number (URN). The URN can be used to view your application's status.
