How Do I Change the Act Broadband Plan Online?
I started by signing into my phone's
ACT Fibernet app

You can download the app on both iOS and Android if you don't already have it. I went to the “My Account” area after logging in and discovered the “Plan Upgrade” option. This was easy to find because it was properly labelled.
I clicked on that, and a list of plans that were available in my area appeared. I carefully looked through each choice, taking into account factors like cost, data caps, and speed. I was even able to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each plan with the use of ACT's comparison option.
I chose and verified my decision once I found a plan that met my needs in a better way than the one I was using at the time. Before completing the upgrade, the app asked me to read the terms and conditions. Upon verifying everything, I figured out that certain plans needed an extra payment, which I made with my card.
Although I was notified via email that it might take up to 24 hours in certain situations, the new plan was implemented almost instantly. I found out how easy it is to use ACT's online services from this experience.
