• I then filled out the details for the new and old customers, the transfer purpose, and other required information.

• Subsequently, I submitted the necessary documents, including the ownership and occupancy certificates, the certificate of incorporation, the affidavit, the legal document, and the NOC from the owner.

• An OTP was created, and then I signed the statement.

• Finally, my application for change of name in electricity bill MSEB request was submitted.
