• Just visit this portal

• Go to the  “Application Type” option

• Select  “Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data." 

• Click on “Individual”

• Enter the “Applicant Information”

• Click on Submit next

• Note down the generated token number next

• Click on continue with the PAN application option

• Do the necessary KYC updates

• Click on “Signature Mismatch” 

• Provide your Father’s  or Mother’s details 

• Cick on “Next” for PAN card signature change

• Upload necessary documents like Aadhar, PAN or more as asked for

• Review the details and click on Submit

• Pay the fee (usually Rs. 110)

• Save the application and take a printout

• Get the acknowledgement number for further reference
