• First, you should enter your login information to access the

  E-way bill portal

• Choose the Consolidated EWB menu located on the window's left side, then choose the re-generate option from the drop-down menu.

• After selecting that option, the GST taxpayer or transporter will be taken to a new page where they will have to select the Generated Date or the e-Way Bill Number. Once the option has been selected, you must click "Go" and enter the e-way bill number or e-way generated date.

• The GST taxpayer or transporter will see a new page open, and they must update the following information:

1. Vehicle number

2. Location

3. Choose the reasons that best describe the modification: vehicle breakdown, transshipment, or not updated previously. 

Note that the transporter or GST taxpayer must enter the transporter document number if the mode of transportation changes.

• Click the "Submit" button once you have entered all the required information. The e-Way Bill is modified after you click the submit button, and you can print a copy of it.
