I generally use the Airtel Thanks app to check my Airtel DTH Plan. The app works well. But to my dismay the Airtel Thanks app had crashed and I was not able to access the app. As it was the last day to make payment, I asked my friend how to check Airtel DTH plan. He said I can get it either by logging to your Airtel Thanks app or from the NoBroker App. Read on to get the detailed steps.
How to Know Airtel DTH Plan?
As Airtel Thanks app was not working for me, so I followed the following steps to know my Airtel DTH plan and pay for it:
Firstly, I installed the NoBroker app on my phone and signed in using my phone number.
Then I clicked on the utility bill payment icon on the app.
Since I had to check my DTH plan and pay for it , I clicked on the ‘DTH’ icon.
Then I selected the DTH Operator. In my case it was Airtel.
After that I entered my consumer ID.
I clicked on ‘Get Bill’ so that my bill would get generated.
When the bill was generated I was able to check my Airtel DTH plan and also paid for it.
By following these simple steps I was able to check my Airtel DTH plan. Thanks to the NoBroker app I was able to check my DTH plan details and also paid for it on time without any hassles. I also got some cashback as a reward.
How can I Check My Airtel DTH Plan using Airtel Thanks App?
Alternatively, you can also check the Airtel DTH Plan by following the below steps:
Sign in to the Airtel Thanks app.
Tap on Services and check the DTH plan.
You can also SMS ?BAL? to 54325 from your registered number to know the plan you have recently. It was very easy to check my Airtel dth plan and it did not take much time.
