You must login to your SBI Card Online Account
Go to the "My Profile" section and select "CKYC Details"
Select the ‘View Number’ option (you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number)
Once you enter the OTP, you will be able to view an unmasked CKYC number.
Now, if the online portal doesn’t display your KYC status, you can visit the nearest SBI branch with a valid photo ID (like Aadhaar or PAN card) and account details.
Request the customer service representative to check your KYC status. They can confirm whether your KYC is updated or if you need to provide additional documents.
You can also use the SBI YONO app to check KYC status. Log into the app and go to your account details or "Service Request" section. If the status isn't directly visible, you can raise a service request to confirm your KYC compliance.
