Once you have paid the registration fee to the government you are the new owner of a property. After completing the formalities you can check all the land record details online if you are living in West Bengal. You can check all the land record details by visiting the Banglarbhumi portal. Let me share with you how to check land record in West Bengal via the Banglarbhumi portal. 

How can I check my land record in West Bengal?

  • Visit the

    Banglarbhumi website

  • Get registered to log in. You need to sign up on the Banglarbhumi portal and create your profile. You need to sign in for Citizen Services because you are a citizen of West Bengal

  • Fill up the details such as:

  • name,

  • guardian's name,

  • address,

  • municipality,

  • PS, district,

  • pin code,

  • email address.

  • You will get an OTP on your phone number. Fill up the OTP and enter the password and captcha to get registered.

  • Log In to the portal and choose "Know your Property" below the Citizen Service bar.

  • Fill up the district, block, mouza information.

  • You can check the information by providing wither Khatian number or plot number

  • After submitting the number you can generate the Bengal land record details.
