There are two ways to get subsidy.
With Aadhaar card.
Without Aadhaar card.
Tap on the link and ‘PAHAL Joining Form’.

Download the copy and fill the application form and submit to your nearest LPG gas distributor.
Attach the required documents while submitting the form.
Tap on the link

and click on ‘PAHAL Joining Form’.
Since you do not have Aadhar card linked you don't need to fill PART A and PART C.
Attach all the documents and submit it to your nearest distributor.
To check the status of your HP subsidy you can
Tap on the link:
http://mylpg.in/index.aspx
Enter digit LPG ID and hit on 'Submit'.
You will be able to generate LPG subsidy Enrollment status.
If you do not know your LPG ID you can tap on ‘ Click here to know your LPG ID'.
Select your distributor as HP gas.
You will be redirected to a new page after this.
Enter the name of your distributor and consumer ID. Select ‘normal search’ option and choose the state, district, distributor, and your consumer number. Fill in the captcha and hit ‘Proceed’. You will be able to get your 17-digit LPG ID.
Now visit the official website of HP gas at:
https://myhpgas.in/myHPGas/Index.aspx
Tap on the link saying 'Check PAHAL status'.
You can check the status in two ways.
You can check by providing the name of the distributor, consumer number or Aadhaar number or their LPG ID and click proceed.
Alternatively, you can check by providing the details such as state, district, distributor and consumer number and click proceed post which the status will be displayed.
