Before you  learn any new process, you should know the meaning of the term mutation. It is the process of transferring or making changes in property title in the records of the local municipal body. Municipal bodies keep a track of properties in the local area for research, taxation, and survey purposes. 

• On your laptop open the Municipal Corporation of Delhi website.

• On the home page, choose between North, East, South

• Choose the ‘Online Services’ option.

• Scroll and select the ‘eMutation Property Tax’ option

• Then click on Application for E Mutation

• The next step on How to check mutation status online is selecting the ‘Application Status’ button. 

• Mention your Application Number

• Hit enter or the submit button. 

• The status of Delhi Property Mutation will be displayed on the screen.

Karnataka government has made it easy for citizens to check mutation status online. Follow the steps given below :

• Open the official Bhoomi portal. The link you should use is https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.

• You will then have to select the Bhoomi services option.

• From the dashboard select 'View RTC and MR’

• You will then need to choose the 'Mutation Report (MR)' option

• The last step is clicking the ‘Fetch' button.

   

The online mutation status will be displayed on your screen.

If you have any problems with your mutation report, you can send an Email ID to bhoomi@karnataka.gov.in.

• Open the C&DMA (Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration) online portal.

• On the homepage select the “Registration and Mutation data dashboard” button. 

• In a new window, the Mutations Abstract report will open up. 

• You will then have to choose the district name. 

• Hit the enter button.

• Visit the Apna Khata website. This is the official website for checking land mutation status in Rajasthan. 

• Use your login credentials to gain access to your profile.

• Click on Mutation Status or Namantaran Ki Stithi. 

• After that, you will be taken to another page.

• Choose the ‘Registration & Mutation data’ button from the menu and you‘ll be able to view the SRO Mutations Abstract report

• Tap on the right district’s name and you’ll see the SRO PT VLT Abstract ULB wise report

• You’ll be able to check the mutation application status by selecting any of the options like application number, rejected, issued, or in process within 15 days

• You can choose request no. from the list and then see the property mutation status along with all the property details.

• Visit the official Banglarbhumi website

• Under the services tab, tap on ‘Mutation Status’

• On the new page, you will have two options – case-wise search and deed-wise search. You can choose any option.

• Fill in all the required details, such as the block, district name, mouza, etc.

• Tap on the mutation case no search button to check the status.
