on your mobile phone through the Umang app. You can check EPF Passbook, raise claims and even track claims through this app. To get started, you are required to complete a 1-time registration using your phone no.
By sending an SMSIf your UAN is registered with the EPFO, then you can just send this SMS “EPFOHO UAN ENG” to 7738299899 using your registered mobile number to check the PF balance. 'ENG' is the first three characters of your desired language. So, if you want to get the SMS in Hindi, then type in EPFOHO UAN HIN.
The facility comes in ten languages - English (default), Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, and Hindi.
By giving a missed callJust give a missed call on 011 22901406 from your registered mobile no. to know the required details. Make sure you are registered on the UAN portal though and your UAN is seeded with your PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account number. You can even ask your employer to seed them for you.
