Visit the official website of HDFC or click on-
https://portal.hdfc.com/
Click on Track your Application option available on the right hand side of the page
Click on Login to continue to your application
Provide your loan account number
User ID and password
Click on continue and you will be able to see the status of the loan applied through HDFC

Select By Name, Father's Name & Mobile No or By Assessment ID
Provide all the details as required-state name, district name, father’s name and more
Click on Submit and get to know the status of the loan subsidy
