4. For pattadar method, enter your pattadar passbook number and captcha in the respective field.

5. Click on the "Submit" button.

6. Your land survey number will be displayed on the screen.

If you do not have your pattadar passbook number or survey number, you can search for your land survey number using the following options:

• By owner's name: Enter the name of the owner of the land in the "Owner's Name" field and click on the "Search" button.

• By property address: Enter the address of the property in the "Property Address" field and click on the "Search" button.

For the following land-related matters, including extracting Telangana land survey records online, PPB-court cases, PPB-semi-urban land, lease, partition, succession, NALA, GPA or executed GPA, PPB by institution, and duplicate PPB, applications can also be submitted online via the Dharani platform. The portal also makes it easier to register for GPA, DAGPA, mortgages, sales, gifts, etc.

On Dharani, there is also an NRI portal. For the benefit of citizens, a variety of services are readily available on the website. These services include slot reservation and cancellation, technical and land-related grievance resolution, ratification of registered papers, etc.

This is how you can get Telangana land records with survey number or simply to get survey number details:

• Go to the app store or Google Play Store

• Download the application 

• Login using your existing credentials. If you don’t have them then register on the app

• Now you will be able to access - Passbook details, cadastral maps, and more.

• To check survey details, you can click on the cadastral map option. 

• A map will appear on your screen. Just navigate to your property and the survey number allotted to it will be displayed.
