First, I downloaded the ‘Baroda M-Connect Plus’ app from the Play Store. After installing it, I logged in with the PIN I had created.
If you haven’t registered yet, just fill in your bank account details and personal details to get started. Then create a pin and verify it.
Once logged in, I scrolled down to find the ‘Passbook’ option. Clicking on that took me to a page displaying my name and customer ID.
I then selected the ‘Savings’ button, which showed my account number partially masked (just the first three digits). Below that, I found the ‘View Transaction’ option and clicked on it to see my transaction history.
At first, I didn’t see the most recent transactions, so I tapped the refresh icon at the top right. Then, I selected the specific transaction I was interested in.
On the next page, I scrolled down to the ‘Transaction Description’ section, where I found the UTR number formatted as UPI/(12-digit number)/…./…/NA.
That 12-digit number was the UTR number I needed.
