While cooking and working in the kitchen, grease invariably finds its way there. This is my experience of how to clean grease off kitchen walls before painting. The process begins by blotting excess grease with a paper towel. Let me share the steps in detail.

A soft cloth dipped in soapy water has to be used to take out the grease. You should deal with grease stains immediately and not allow it to deposit for a long time.
After blotting and wiping the stain, a sponge has to be put into the cleaning solution and wrung out.
The grease stains should be wiped in circular motion using the wet sponge.
A mixture of baking soda and water can be used to attend to tough stains. The paste should be applied to the stain before wiping it off with a damp cloth.
Water and white vinegar can be used in equal proportions. Dab the solution on the stain before allowing it to sit for five minutes. The stain can then be wiped with a clean cloth later.
