Here is the method you can follow to clean your water purifier:
Turn off the power and water supply to your purifier.
Use a soft cloth dampened with either soap or mild detergent and wipe the exterior.
Rinse the cloth and wipe the purifier again.
You can then clean the tank like I shared in the beginning.
There are different filters for water purifiers. Mine has an RO filter. To clean it, remove the filter and rinse it with running water.
Soak the filter in a mix of water and vinegar for some hours. Rinse later.
Then, disassemble the dispenser tap and clean each part using water and soap. Rinse afterwards.
Mix one teaspoon of bleach with 4 litres of water. Run this cleaning solution through the purifier. Rinse with clean water.
Rearrange and fix all the parts of the purifier and turn on the power and water supply.
Have the water run for some time to let the leftover cleaning solution flush out.
