How to Clean My Home?

I work in an IT company in Bangalore, and due to my office work, I had to rush abroad for around a week. Since I left in a hurryI didn't organize my house properly and left everything uncovered. So, when I returned, everything was so dirty. I called my sister and asked her how do you keep your house clean. Here is what she told me. 

How to Keep Your House Clean?

She told me about a few steps to clean the house with ease. Here are a few things I did

Declutter

I started by decluttering the rooms as it made the cleaning process so much easier. It helped me save time for further cleaning.

Start High, Go Low

Next, I  started cleaning from the top.  I cleaned the taller times such as almirah, tables, etc and slowly made my way towards the floor. 

Removing Dust

The next step was to get rid of all the dust from the house, which I did using a vacuum cleaner. Following which, I used a wet cloth to clean the furniture. I am also planning to get them polished soon. 

Deep Cleaning the Floors

Now that I went on a cleaning spree, I took it a step further and decided to deep clean the floor. My sister moved her furniture around, and so did I. I moved beds, sofas, chairs, and tables around and used a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust off the floor. I finished up with rigorous mopping to clean the floor. 

And this is how I cleaned my house. Let me tell you, this was an exhausting experience. I would suggest you save time and energy and call professionals to do the job for you. Hope this helps.

You can do the following activities to get a clean house.

With the help of a broom sweep the floor of youtube house to get it dust free. Sweeping is the first of many basic steps. Throw all the dirt, dust, collected garbage and dust. 

Mop the floors with a mix of bacteria killing solution and water. You can add a few drops of air freshener to the mix as well. Sweep and Mop the floor everyday to maintain cleanliness. 

Dust the dirt off all the surfaces of the room with the help of a cloth. Dust the fan, ceiling, walls, light fixtures and other items in the house. For an extra touch, fluff the pillows in the bedroom and living room.
