First, disconnect and turn off the power of your portable AC.
He then informed me to take out the AC grilles from the filters.
Now, take out the AC air filters.
He said that you can give your filter a gentle wash with warm water and a small amount of detergent if it's reusable.
Put them aside and let them dry.
After the filter has dried, carefully reinstall the grilles and filters inside the compartment, making sure everything is in its proper position.
