Cleaning and decluttering my home is therapeutic for me, and over time, I have mastered the skill of cleaning my apartment quickly. So, let me give you a detailed guide on how to clean a house in an hour. 1 hour is more than enough if you’re prepared, focused, and well-organised. In this answer, I will share some tips on how to get started and be organised enough to get it done within an hour.

How to Clean Apartment in One Hour?

A good cleaning will start from a good preparation. Thus, the first tip is to make a list of things you want to get done. And, make it realistic. Here are some more tips on how to clean house in 1 hour.

  1. Prioritize Your List  - The list you should be realistic as you cannot do everything within an hour. To give a few examples, you can include things like sweep the floor, dusting, decluttering, etc

  2. Start Slow - This might sound off since we are talking about getting everything done in an hour. But, this is especially important because your mind might start panicking if you rush things, and you will end up starting everything all at once and not getting anything done. So, start by decluttering your space. Pick out every trash and arrange everything in their order. This will hardly take 5-10 minutes and will give you the motivation to do the rest.

  3. Dusting and Vacuuming: This should take around 10 minutes if you’re well focused and have a timer with you. You don’t have to be extremely detailed here, just focus on the visible stains and dust.

  4. Bathroom - Dedicate around 15 minutes to clean your bathroom. Wipe down the mirrors, washbasins, etc with a damp towel. Then, clean the floors with phenyl solution.

So, these are a few tips on how to clean house in one hour. If you know how to prioritise and be organised, it’s an easy task
