• After that, I took another clean and dry cloth to wipe the table again to remove any water residue present on it.

Hi Ajit, I used tea bags for cleaning wooden furniture with old polish at my house two weeks ago. So, I can definitely give you this method, which works well to clean wood furniture.

1. Take two tea bags and place them in a bowl of boiling water. 

2. Wait till the tea cools down to room temperature.

3. Then, use a soft cloth and dip it in the tea bowl. 

4. Wring it well till you see the cloth is damp and not dripping with tea.

• Don’t use wood wax
